This being my first purchase on the internet, I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process turned out.The ratchets arrived within 5 days of ordering accompanied by my receipt,shipping information,and a catalogue.Running conduit demands that I use my ratchets hard and often yet I've never encountered any problems with these ratchets which is a rarity concerning tools in construction. Verdict:Awesome.

FOR CASUAL HOME REPAIR USER

I bought this set, because the other companies sell only one tool for more than this entire set. Just used to hang a tv wall mount. The tool is a bit wide (thick) when you get close to the end of screwing in the bolt, but being an around the house user, for the price and for the variety of sizes it is well worth the money. I read other reviews that said the tool size was in between SAE and Metric and wouldn't make a tight grab on either size, but I did not experience that at all using on a SAE bolt. Definitely glad I purchased this set.
